This notice describes the ReadMeFeed community website. ReadMeFeed is administered by Tasadduq. Use the contact page for privacy questions or account-data requests.
Information you provide
When you register, WordPress stores your username, email address, password hash, and account information. Your public display name, profile information you choose to publish, and published questions and replies can be seen by visitors and indexed by search engines. Your account email address is not displayed as part of a normal forum post.
Private contact messages are sent to the site administrator. Do not include sensitive credentials or unnecessary personal information. The site also maintains technical logs and moderation records needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, and protect accounts.
Cookies and technical data
WordPress uses cookies for authentication and account preferences. Hosting, security, and email systems process technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, and delivery status. Registration and reporting use temporary abuse-prevention counters. Profile avatars may be loaded from Gravatar, which can receive your IP address and an email-derived identifier when an avatar is requested.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and transactional email is configured through Azure Communication Services. Data may be processed in locations used by these services. Links to cloud documentation and other external sites are governed by those sites’ own notices.
Analytics and advertising
The redesigned community is launching without newly configured behavioral advertising or analytics tracking. If advertising or analytics is enabled, this notice and the relevant consent controls must be updated to describe the actual services and choices. Where required for Google advertising, a Google-certified consent management platform must be configured before ads are served.
Retention and your choices
Account details and contributions are retained while needed to operate the community, subject to applicable obligations and requests. Backups and security records may persist for operational recovery and abuse investigation. Public content may also remain in search-engine caches outside our control. You can edit available profile fields and request access, export, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting the administrator. Identity verification may be required before processing an account request.
Posting responsibly
Keep personal data, passwords, access keys, and confidential business information out of public discussions. This community is intended for a professional audience. If you believe personal information was posted in error, report the post promptly.
